Formstack is recognized for its unique company culture, flexible work environment and strong employee benefits program

FISHERS, IND. – (May 6, 2020)Formstack, a workplace productivity software helping companies digitize information, automate workflows and transform processes, today announced its recognition as one of Inc. magazine’s Best Workplaces for 2020. Additionally, Formstack was featured on Inc.’s Best Workplaces Editors’ List, which recognizes select companies for their special culture or perspective, and people.

Now in its fifth year, Inc.’s Best Workplaces is the result of a comprehensive measurement of private American companies that have created exceptional workplaces through vibrant cultures, deep employee engagement, and stellar benefits. This year, Inc. fielded more than 3,000 submissions and determined finalists by the results of an employee survey on topics including trust, management effectiveness, perks and confidence in the future. Employers were then ranked using a composite score of survey results (ranging from 1-100).

Formstack scored 94 overall and performed particularly well in the areas of employee engagement and access to learning and development opportunities. The survey also found that Formstack’s senior leaders value people as their most important resource, a key factor in driving engagement.

“We’re extremely honored to be recognized by Inc. for the company culture we’ve worked hard to cultivate over the past 14 years. It’s all a testament to our team valuing relationships, transparency and teamwork, all of which have become increasingly vital in our current global environment,” said Miranda Nicholson, VP of Human Resources, Formstack. “Formstack’s mission is to improve people’s lives with practical solutions to their everyday work. Our team not only makes that happen, but continues to make Formstack a great place to work.”

“Building a great corporate culture comes only from strong leadership,” says Inc. magazine editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “The companies on Inc.’s Best Workplaces list are setting an example that the whole country can learn from, especially now, when company culture is more important to the workforce than ever.”

Since its founding in 2006, Formstack has focused on fostering a strong, remote-first company culture. The company was named a 2019 Indiana Breakout Tech Culture Awards Winner (Top-Rated Workplace), Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s 2019 Best Places to Work (for the fourth consecutive year), Built In Colorado’s 2019 Best Places to Work in Colorado, and the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC 2018 Industry Awards (New Business of the Year).
